Precautions

1. The position of the wheel should be such that the width center plane is consistent with the symmetric center of the two bearing boxes;

2. The bearing box support plane should be parallel to the center surface of the wheel width, and the deviation should not exceed 0.2mm;

3. The inclination of the wheels in the vertical direction should not be greater than 1mm;

4. If the wheel rolling surface has uneven wear or unevenness, stop using it and replace it as soon as possible;

5. When replacing wheels, install and replace in strict accordance with the operating requirements.
