Cleaning and inspection of outer spherical high temperature bearing seat before assembly
1. There is foreign matter in the outer spherical high-temperature bearing seat (collision of the bearing seat cannot be avoided during transportation, resulting in paint flakes). Use a scraper to moisten a cloth with gasoline or solvent to wipe off the dirt on the outer spherical bearing seat. 3. Wipe off the dirt on the surface of the outer spherical high-temperature bearing seat, and use an iron rod to assemble the outer spherical high-temperature bearing seat into the bearing seat. It should not be larger than 0.003 cm to prevent oil leakage.
4. Only fix the screws of the outer spherical high temperature bearing seat and the thread of the seat plate, and try to tighten the screws to check whether they are too tight or bald.
